Gmail users have always had issues synchronizing their Google calendars and Google Contacts with their iPhone/iPod Touch devices. Originally there was no way do to any kind of sync between the cloud service and the apple devices, then Google released an app where you could sync your MS Office Outlook profile with your Google Calendar profile (and subsequently to the iPhone/iPod Touch using iTunes). Now there is something much better. NuevaSync has released a service where you can sync your Apple or Windows mobile device wireless, without even touching a computer. The website is very crude and simple, but the setup is that simple as well. After you create an account, all you have to do is authorize the NuevaSync service to access your Google account.
Once you setup your account, you will be ready to setup your mobile device. Since I have an iPod Touch, I whent to “Settings”, then to “Mail, Contacts, Calendars” and created a new Microsoft Exchange account.
After that, all you have to do is enter your NuevaSync account information with you Gmail address and Bada Bing, Bada Bang, Bada Boom! Your account is setup and will automatically start synchronizing with your Google account.
If you want to sing up for this, you can find more information by going to www.nuevasync.com.
